Privacy Policy for Popup Panic

Last updated: 7/12/2026

Popup Panic ("the App," "we," "us") is developed by [CHAD DIZON]. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We do not require account creation. You can play Popup Panic without providing your name, email address, or any personal account information.

Leaderboard entries

If you choose to submit a high score, you provide a 3-character initials entry along with your score and the level reached. This information is stored to display the global leaderboard and is visible to all players. We do not require or collect real names for this feature, and entries are not linked to any personal account or device identity.

Advertising data

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, general (non-precise) location, and app usage data to serve ads, including personalized ads if you grant tracking permission. You can decline tracking at any time via the App Tracking Transparency prompt shown when you first open the App, or later in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Google's data practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

In-app purchases

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store and by RevenueCat, our in-app purchase management provider. RevenueCat receives purchase and device identifier data necessary to verify and restore your purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card details — that is handled entirely by Apple. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

How We Use Information

Children's Privacy

Popup Panic is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us using the information below so we can remove it.

Data Retention & Your Choices

Leaderboard entries are retained to maintain the global leaderboard. You may request removal of an entry by contacting us with the initials and approximate score/date submitted — because entries aren't tied to any account, we can't guarantee we can positively identify a specific entry as yours.

You can disable ad tracking at any time in your device settings. Refund requests for in-app purchases go through Apple directly, per Apple's standard App Store refund policies — we don't process refunds ourselves.

Third-Party Services

This App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy practices:
